Ordered a latte on the app and waited 14 minutes before they finally tell me that they can't make it and they can't refund me either. Thanks.
I have been trying to support this location since it’s close to my job but every time I try to come here a machine is broken or they’re out of what I ordered. on top of that, today the manager said their machine was broken . And I couldn’t get a refund I had to call a 1800 number for a refund . I had to wait on the phone and finally when someone answered it was a middle eastern lady who I could not understand to save my life and her phone reception was horrible it kept cutting off . I will NOT return to this location
They are improving, still some long lines on busy times but they do work together and are making changes to better serve customers who expect speedy service.
