Very very slow taking forever
First red flag was the PENDING REVIEW sign in their window. Then I saw teenagers working behind the counter. Then I noticed how many people were in the store waiting for their orders. I knew this wasn't going to be good. Then after they finished my drink, 2 people picked it up and kept moving it around instead of calling the name or placing it on the pink pad for completed orders.
