I ordered a large latte with less ice and it just tasted like milk. Paid $8 . Long time Dunkin loyal customer- i know the difference in taste and went back to tell them politely to add bit more coffee and they man- they were beyond rude. They're nice here just a little slow. It took 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich today and it wasn't busy
The employee treated me very poorly and had a rude attitude. I ordered a bagel with egg and cheese, no bacon, but it came with bacon. When I went back to have it corrected, she said, “Oh my God,” in a way that made it clear she was annoyed. After they remade it, I left. When I opened the sandwich, I found a hair inside. I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin. I placed my order at the self-service kiosk and paid by tapping my iPhone using Apple Pay. One of the items I ordered was unavailable, so I asked for a refund for that item. Instead of simply refunding me, the manager insisted that I had to present the physical card that was linked to my Apple Pay. How does that make any sense?
