when the one women manager is there, the customer service is decent, and the store is run well. but without her, they are very rude and ignore people that come into the store. and then when I asked a question about an order or something, Im picking up they get attitude. There was plenty of people working there. It just seemed extremely unorganized and workers were just walking around doing random things instead of focusing on one job. Great customer service and very clean, but unfortunately every time I get my usual iced coffee it taste more like watered down coffee and its the only Dunkin I've been to that consistently is that bad. It would get probably 5 stars if the coffee was made correctly. Maybe i keep getting the end of the coffee bag they replace, but every time? Hope they fix it cause its nice its right next to Walmart

Multiple times we have come here in the late morning and it’s usually not very busy. Maybe 3 cars in the drive through and emptyish lobby. But somehow they still manage to mess up orders, lattes with missing ingredients, burnt snacking bacon, ask for one item and are given another. I could understand if we came at peak busy hours but this is when it’s slow.
