What a joke. 6:20 am I'm told they don't have any coffee brewed and will need to wait behind another car already waiting. After waiting a few minutes I reverse back to the drive-thru window she hands me a coffee and says we're all still waking up. The coffee was barely warm. So they needed to brew fresh coffee yet it was not even warm
This crew gets me through my work days. I genuinely get a drink from them almost daily. I even had to find someone else’s Google account to write this review. Love my dunkin <3 Muni and Nevaeh are the best
Excellent experience
Dunkin, the mobile ordering system is down. My total is $9.95. WHY does my bank have to send me an instant notification BEFORE my receipt even prints saying that my card was charged $11.94?! The cashier should've said something to me ahead of time. I definitely brought it to the manager’s attention, and I’m told, “The system is messed up and it charged a $2 tip.” How many people are being charged unauthorized tips due to "system malfunction". I will be contacting corporate regarding this and my experience. There's no telling... read more
I don’t think I have ever come across a less efficient operation. No less than 8 people working and yet they can’t be on time. 3 of them are currently standing around looking at order tickets and screens. If you value time, I would probably never come within 100 yards of this place. Such a horrible experience every time.
