I will keep driving to the other DD on Hamilton by Fresh Thyme as this location is very inaccurate.
The service at this establishment is extremely poor. The only person who treated us well was a young girl who I assume is still in training. Especially a blonde heavier-set woman who appears to be the manager — she had the worst attitude toward customers. On top of giving me the wrong order, she literally threw it onto the counter. Very disappointing experience.
Good staff but horrible food
For some reason, I keep doing mobile orders at this location, only to be waiting 30 minutes watching other ppl get their hot coffee and food. When I get mines it's cold. The crazy part, staff just looks at me and will wait 20 minutes to ask if I been helped. The male manager is the worst, which this only happens when he's working. If it's the female manager, her and the staff is great. Don't do mobile orders from this location unless you want to be late.
Do not go to this location in the morning as the service is extremely slow.
