I love this dunkin, people are always nice and nice atmosphere, I get my drink made right and quickly.
I placed a pickup order for a cold brew and when I got there I was told "We outta splenda." No apology, no other suggestions, nothing. Absolutely horrible service. Young female associate. She then said "i dont know what else to tell ya." I'll never go back there again

Please clean this facility. This use to be such a good place. Rude beyond belief workers. The place had flies on the food, visible piles of old crumbs all in the donut case and all over counters and any surface a customer can clearly see. Gross.
