Tip em they always understaffed.
2 drive thru lines. I pulled to one, then Noone answered and 3 people behind me got in front of me and delayed me 15 minutes due to DD not blocking the 2nd lane cause they weren't answering customers there. VERY INCONVENIENT OF ME AND MY TIME. They didnt even offer any considerations for this problem and inconsiderate to customers that went to that line and lost their place to have to change lines to get behind people they were in front of!! Worst Dunkin’ experience out there. Slow, rude, and honestly not sure how they remain open. Needs new management ASAP.
What have they done with the donuts?? The Boston Cream donuts were tiny and barely had any cream or frosting. If this is Dunkin’s idea of saving some money in the face of inflation, it’ll blow up in their face because I won’t return with donuts like this.
i love their coffee but why am i waiting over 20 minutes in line at 12pm on a monday while it’s raining… multiple people drove away because it was taking so long and when i did finally get my order why was there a burnt piece of i don’t even know what in the bottom of my hashbrown bag, and why were my hashbrowns soggy when she made me wait even longer for them after i got my coffee☹️ i don’t think i’ll be getting food from here anymore- coffee is great but still, over 20 minutes is a bit crazy. i usually love coming here but... read more
