Update: They have definitely improved! New management. HUGE difference. So friendly and quick! “I was the only person in line. Waited 10 mins for a simple drink. Watched an employee make themselves a drink and drink it before attending to the customers. I wish I could say this is the only time but sadly it is not. Never friendly and 50% chance your order will be wrong. I love Dunkin Donuts and used to go daily. I wish there was a different location close by. Hopefully things can change!”
