I'm updating my review from 5 star to 3 star. Today I got an iced coffee drink and some donuts and a bagel with cream cheese. The donuts and The bagel were good, however, the coffee drink was terrible. It tasted so bad that I had to eat my donuts and bagel to get the taste of my mouth. I poured the coffee drink out as soon as I got home. It was not drinkable. Original review below: This is my favorite Dunkin in Albuquerque, the service is always great and the employees are always very nice!
The employees were cussing loudly and listening to inappropriate music. Unbelievably rude behavior. Management must handle their crew appropriately and stop this behavior in public. Made trying to eat difficult with the loud rude behavior.
Customer service in the drive through this morning was EXCELLENT! I only ordered coffee this morning and it was horrible. I couldn't even drink it and had to throw it out. I've had donuts from this location in the past and they were good. I won't ever get coffee again. Keep that wonderful young lady in customer service, though! She is great!
Loved coming to this location until today august 10 around 12:40 worst customer service from this little teenager that looks like the mean kid of the movie Toy Story like ge didn’t want to be working had an ugly attitude the more we kept adding to the order he would get mad dont go to this location central location is way better
