I want to like them but every time without a doubt, my order is always wrong. And my coffee, always tastes like dirty water. It’s cheap for a reason in my opinion.

Terrible experience. At the drive thru, I asked for a Sweet On You Cloud Latte and two Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese. Made it clear that I wanted two of them. The guy then told me to drive around. Got to the window and a lady asked me about flavours, chocolate or some other flavour, I couldn’t understand at all but I was trying to be polite and told her no chocolate, though I was confused why she was asking me this as I ordered a latte that only had coconut, caramel and cream on top.
