When I did pickup order and I was already ready to pick up according to the estimated time, still they made me wait for my order & I was getting delayed for my work, I mentioned to cancel it also Instead of the credit refund they mentioned me to come tmrw morning to get the coffee and still they served me old coffee, which was cold and not even fresh coffee. Would not recommend at visiting here back again. You need to change the staff and hire a professional person who can manage.
Coffee did not taste like hazelnut as requested.
I have never been to a slower location, every time I find myself in this town I end up waiting at least 15 minutes in line. It’s my fault for continuing to come back to this one, but dang!! It’s making coffee, hire some competent workers. Literally easiest, entry level job ever. Writing this on minute 23 sitting in line.
You’ll wait 35min in the drive thru every time with only 3 cars. Food tastes like chemicals and the drinks are never made right. Your drink will be straight creamer. Never been to a Dunkin with such poor quality control and service.
