I don’t even know if anything is good here. The only thing they care about is their drive-through time. I walked inside and was ignored completely for five minutes. Was then told someone will be with me soon. I only had a few minutes of waiting left in me so I ended up leaving. Don’t recommend if you’re looking for service.
Every time we come into this Dunkin, employees are walking around, , talking to each other ,looking at us but never acknowledge us to start taking our order until a good 5-10 minutes after what seems like a staring competition. Once our orders start to be taken, the employee acts annoyed/ confused , like we’re bothering them for coming in. It’s always a 20 -25 minute debacle to just get one drink, or a single ice cream cone.
