i love dunkin ive happened to be a regular my drink is never wrong and i always love to switch them up and they are always so good. the only thing about dunkin that i don’t like is the lack of customer service. there is one lady that always wishes a good day. other than that every employee seems so miserable.

I usually don't bother with doing reviews of fast food restaurants, but I will this time. My experience in the drive-thru yesterday on Dawson Rd in Albany, GA was subpar — and a hundred points below that. The name on my receipt says “Tiffany.” I’m not sure if that was her, but I went through the drive-thru at 9:43 AM, and the young woman who served me had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever encountered.
