The little girl was the rudest person I’ve ever come across at any Dunkin nationwide. I visit them frequently in the southeast and east coast. Very rude and disrespectful. Don’t go to this place
I stopped by today, had to repeat myself constantly at the speaker, which is behind the building, so no traffic making it loud. When I got to the window, Tiffany opened it, handed me my coffee and reached for my card. Never spoke one word to me. Didn't greet me, tell me my total, say bye......literally not one word during the interaction. Then forgot my straw too. And they are always out of munchkins here lately.
Literally THE WORST customer service ever.. didn’t have what I wanted so they wouldn’t give me a refund!!!
I love dunkin Coffee and Donuts. I stopped going to the one in Oglethorpe because of the service, but it looks like the one in Dawson is heading the same way. Bathrooms are dirty, so I could yes imagine what the back looks like Tiffany was very helpful
