I think that employees should be professional regardless of what's going outside the job. Shouldn't have to feel awkward because of a gossip queen. Shauntee just be professional not unprofessional jeez. You talk about emily and char and lexis chting on her bf collin business your manager needs to train you better. Just do your job and go home. We do not want to feel uncomfortable when purchasing from dunkin

It's really disappointing to get talked to like nothing because of an online order misunderstanding. I wanted donuts but they were out when I got there, which is perfectly understandable but to be talked to and told that I act such like a diva and weird????? I didn't know they don't keep enough donuts but whoever is that long haired guy definitely needs retraining other than that the order came out great.

Rude person. We asked for a dunkin wrap which shows they ate advertising it. Was met with a bad response and when I ordered a drink there was a nasty attitude. I was told I should've called before to ask if items were available but everytime we called Noone picks up. They need to retrain all employees with customer service.
