i ordered an avocado toast with bacon through the drive through and when i went to go eat it there was not only no bacon on it, but a hair in the food. we went back in to let them know and the girl at the front just looked at us like we were the ones who put it there and took it without saying anything. she just slid the new one over, the whole interaction felt rude and like she didnt care at all.
Against my better judgment of the previous visit I attempted to order food here again. I had over 1,000 reward points and I ordered the bacon Jam breakfast sandwich instead of giving me my sandwich they wanted me to pay full price for it so I told them to never mind and cancel my order because I was going somewhere else. They have yet to return my 900 points they scanned for the breakfast sandwich.
Ordered through mobile, they didn’t have enough of the blueberry donuts that i ordered and told me to cancel through the app. The thing is you can’t cancel through the app, you have to email their customer service and wait for them to refund you. Taking the money is easy but they don’t want to give it back easily. And they don’t answer their phone
