***MASSIVE POTHOLE DIRECTLY IN DRIVE-THRU LANE***, right in front of the ordering/speaker area no less. I strongly prefer drive-thru, and I was NOT risking the health of my SUV's engine driving in and out of that hole. It's at least 18 inches wide and AT MINIMUM 6 inches deep. There are so many other Dunkin' locations around to go to- why use this one? Shape it up!

Service is a premium and coffee is excellent.
They never answer their phone when you need to ask a question. Why have a phone if no ever answer it??
