I have been here several times and the service as well as the coffees inconsistent today the lady at the drive-through was rude and mean mugging me. The coffee was cold and watered down. I am very disappointed. I feel like I’ve just been robbed. I ordered a hot latte and somebody really just poured cold milk with the hot coffee and serve it to me. Asking for a brown sugar, shaken espresso, coffee and literally getting a flat out old disgusting latte. These places are going downhill because the people that they hire are not good at making coffees. I’m sorry it is what it is. This coffee is absolutely horrible and it’s not like they’re three dollars anymore you’re paying $6-$7 for a cup of coffee and they can’t even get the flavor correct. Disgusting.
Tell me why I go into to dunkin it’s a normal morning and these teens or how ever old they are working and I’m waiting in line and the lady comes up to the register and she has an attitude for no reason and she got msg because I gave her 2$ instead of 1$ just for the drink to be nasty and sandwich to be cold
amazing!! as long as your not loitering or disrupting the environment. workers are extremely kind and accommodating. keep it up!
