I am sad to post this, but the 2 people you have working 2nd shift today, one girl with black hair and the other blonde have the personalities of a stomach virus. One girl in the back dropping F bombs and the girl taking the order clearly hates her job. It's unfortunate because this location has been great over the years. Unfortunately misery loves company....I will no longer go to this location!
The order taker they had working this morning was so super friendly and amazing .....
I have been here several times and the service as well as the coffees inconsistent today the lady at the drive-through was rude and mean mugging me. The coffee was cold and watered down. I am very disappointed. I feel like I’ve just been robbed. I ordered a hot latte and somebody really just poured cold milk with the hot coffee and serve it to me. They didn’t have the decency to warm up the milk. I know people make mistakes, but she didn’t even give me a refund for me to get my money back. I am so upset things are tough and ... read more
