They fill up the Iced Latte with too much ice. Just sip for three times and it's gone

Coffee was good, service was fine. Plenty of seating space and restrooms are easily accessible. I'd rate it a Good DD!
Both times I have come here the cashier refused to make “hot food” stating she was backed up but instead almost immediately after walked out to go on break. Poor customer service . Will not come a 3rd time !
