Service was quick, staff was polite, coffee is great!
I ordered inside to avoid the slow drive-through. I asked for my order to be repeated and got attitude Then the espresso shot was missed. Instead of remaking the drink, they handed me a shot on the side. That’s not what I paid for. Quality control and basic service were both disappointing. I had my husband grab me a coffee on his way home. I drank some of it and was like hmmm theres something floating in my cup. I didnt ask for coffee grounds.
Im a frequent customer at this particular Dunkin Donuts. The African american cashier was very rude & unapologetically for messing up my food & drink today. Her exact words are: I gave you what you gave me and then told her fellow coworkers that she was over it today. Keep in mind it’s 9am in the morning and you are the very first face that a customer sees at this establishment coming in, she was NOT working the drive through. Her customer service was terrible.
