Normally I come to this establishment and everything is good. Today we came and ordered a few breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks our total came up to about 35 and change the young lady at the window asked did we want to tip so I tipped $5. When she saw that I did she tapped her coworker and showed her how much I tipped, the older coworker looked out the window and rolled her eyes as if $5 wasn’t acceptable tip amount then there was a third person another lady that did the same thing. Food was hot but the coffee was cold. I did a Moble order I live 2min from the location made the order from my drive way and work 3 min away there’s no reason for it to be cold
I have been coming to this Duncan Donut location 3 times a week for a very long time. It's like we're family...when I pull up to give my order they know exactly what I want without me even saying it...that's just how connected we are...well today 7/8/2026 I started placing my order and to my surprise this person would not let me finish he kept interrupting me which was very annoying...I said "let me finish" he then said I was being rude!!! are you kidding me...I just said that's ok...and I left..I cannot believe the unprofes... read more
