I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at Dunkin'. First, we ordered a Strawberry Chocolate Daydream Refresher, but it was made incorrectly with vanilla cold foam instead of chocolate. The drink did not match what was advertised or ordered. Second, the employee assisting us was extremely rude. While we were waiting for our order, we politely allowed other customers behind us to go ahead. We arrived at 8:39 PM, and he told us they were closing at 8:40 PM and refused to take our order. He was also very rude. However, as we were leaving, we saw on the door that the closing time was listed as 9:00 PM
One of the worst Dunkin’s in the area. Rude staff, dirty counters and tables and long waits even with only two people waiting on line. I’ve been coming here for years because of its convenient location but I’ll take the extra drive and head to the Dunkin on route 46. Today I ordered my usual iced coffee with 2 cream and the young lady behind the counter who was very polite, makes it, shakes it and forgot to tighten the top so coffee pours all over the sides of the cup and she just hands it to me and I have to ask her to clea... read more
