Very inconsiderate.
After reading the reviews I’m going to also assume who I interacted w/ was the manager. I was in the drive thru my window not even rolled down all the way !!! when I’m being asked what I want to order. I felt completely rushed and now pissed off cause she kept being extremely rude and cutting me off. When I got up to the window it was a nice gentlemen to finish with my payment. Today, my wife and I visited an amazing Dunkin’ Donuts and had a wonderful experience. The staff was awesome and friendly, and our server, Penny, went above and beyond in delivering the best customer service we’ve ever had. We drove from Florida to New York and from Florida to California, crossing much of the United States, and as coffee lovers, we can confidently say that this store and its staff are among the friendliest and happiest we’ve ever encountered.
