Such a wonderful experience at Dunkin’ today! I usually stop by every morning, but today I stopped twice. I came in around 4:05 PM, and the gentleman who took my order was so kind, welcoming, and friendly. It really made my afternoon! My food was delicious, and my Matcha with light ice was absolutely perfect! Everything was fresh and enjoyable. Thank you to the team for the hard work you do every day and for making customers feel so welcome. It truly makes a difference! ☕️
I came into this location just a few minutes ago to order a coffee and get some donuts. This would have been my first DD experience since I normally go to Starbucks. Went to use the bathroom first because we're from Ohio and just got to Cocoa Beach- and opened the door to one of the workers sitting on the toilet on his phone. The door wasn't locked so it was a complete surprise and I quickly shut it and walked away. Took like family there and ordered breakfast. Every single one of our foods tasted like burnt chemicals and was uneditable. We ended up throwing our food away.
