Food is fine but the service kind of sucks. They NEVER give napkins with your food order, and most of the staff is very cold, like you’re an inconvenience to them lol.
Rude staff. I didn’t receive my drink and doughnut even though I provided them with a mobile order receipt. Will never visit this Dunkin again!
The store is very clean and both workers were very friendly. Customer service was excellent
I go through this Dunkin all the time and normally they are fine. I will say the food has always been good with the occasional untoasted avocado toast. This morning, the lady assisting with my order double confirmed my coffee and I corrected that I didn’t want equal because I saw it on the screen. So instead I get down the road to find nothing in it at all. Super disappointed. I try not to think it’s retaliation because who would do that?
