They’re definitely rude the lady got on the speaker saying what do you want like no manners then they pick and choose when they wanna close the lobby had me waiting mad long at the window so I won’t be back
Amy and Alexandra did an amazing job! They were both very helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire experience. Amy made sure everything was organized and running smoothly, while Alexandra was incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of. Together they created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I really appreciated their teamwork and dedication. I would definitely go back .
Always on time and proper. Love the espresso here, and Ive had it in 100s of different spots. Dunkin is always up there in quality espresso as long as the machine is well tuned and maintained. Every now and then, random franchises will have a machine that is clearly broken or not working but they keep using it anyway. This one was fine this time I was there.
It's 4PM, and they barely have any donuts. I was told that they had donuts this morning. Removing donuts from the name Dunkin' Donuts was a good move to accurately reflect the fact that that don't really sell donuts anymore.
