Stopped in this morning and ordered a Sesame Bagel with sausage, egg, and ,cheese. Drove 15 minutes to work, sat to eat and I took one bite and the Bagel was so old and stale it was like a rock. Always have to ask for napkins and the last time I did she handed me a stack as if I was asking for something unreasonable. I will pass this location up from. Now on.
I live next door so I come here pretty often. My drink is always made correctly and the customer service is great every time. The manager is always personable and friendly whenever I bring my kids in. They are SUPER busy every morning and they handle the morning rush extremely well. I came in today with a big order for a company meeting and I watched they quickly handle my order, while simultaneously handling the 6am rush. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!
PLEASEEEE READ !!!!!!!! I no choice but to pick the stars bc otherwise it won’t post !!! BUT….. Honestly I give it ZERO STARS! DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS! I went yesterday and the girl who made my drink had it spilling and cup dirty. Then on top of that the drink I asked for, wasn’t even made right, there was so much ice that she put in there to the point where I couldn’t even drink it. I ordered a frozen coffee with caramel. Friendly environment and coffee was hot ..Clean and great service...
The people that work weekday early mornings are so nice!!! They also make the daydream refresher sooo good!!!
