I never have a problem with donuts here. My issue is the coffee. I'll get normal amount of cream and sugar and yet the coffee is soooooo bitter. I go to other dunkins and don't have that issue. Also the service is kinda slow. I'll pull up and see 3 or 4 people working there yet it seems like they are more into talking then serving.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this visit to Dunkin’ was frustrating enough that I felt it was necessary. I went in expecting a quick stop for a drink and a snack, and instead got a rude attitude and the wrong order. The guy acted like I was a burden just for ordering. My drink was made wrong it tasted like water , and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, the employee laughed to another co-worker an older woman like it was some kind of joke.
