Employee made mistake and refuses to remake. Didn’t even give receipt either. Asked for pralines n cream and got Oreo cookies and cream. Employee refused to remake saying it “wasn’t his fault”
On 6/4/26, I visited the store location #302582. I had ordered a 2 scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone. They informed me at the drive thru menu that they would put the ice cream in a cup and hand me the cone due to melting. I was so confused as I had never been to any ice cream location and they required a procedure like this. When I pulled up to the drive thru window to pay, the employee literally had my sugar cone in one hand and my ice cream in a cup. Waited in Drive-Thru a bit long. I was almost late to Liturgy.
