I order ahead every time and it takes them a minimum of 15 minutes to make it and I only get three drinks (iced, hot, misc.) . They make no effort at customer service and they had no hot coffee brewed after the store was already open for an hour and a half. Someone else stood there for ten minutes before someone told them they didn’t have bagel bites.
Stood there for 20 min and no help while one employee just stood there making a sandwich for almost half hour
