The store was dirty and the iced coffee tasted spoiled. The cashier offered to let me pay for a replacement drink. Customer service was horrible. This was my first and last time going to Dunkin’ Donuts

Not much to say. It's your typical franchise. I'd rather spend my money at St. John's downtown.
