This is by far the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Every single time I come here they have messed up my order. I’ve had a bug in my drink, more than once and raw bacon put on my sandwich. It is disgustingly dirty, the employees seem to not care about anything and will quite literally ignore you. When I went in today they had a bucket of raw bacon just sitting right next to the mobile order station and an employee put her jacket on top of the counter next to the raw bacon. Customer service is horrible, I’ve been going there for a while & There is no customer service in the way they speak. Every time I go in there, it seems like they have an attitude. And this is coming from someone that is a manager in a restaurant .

This was by far the most disastrous and unacceptable experience I have ever had at any coffee shop. I walked in for something simple: a coffee and donuts. The total was $7.08. I waited patiently, but instead of respecting the order of customers, the staff pushed other people ahead of me and kept me waiting unnecessarily.
