We stopped coming to new Oxford Dunkin' months ago , but we were in a rush and it was convenient today, we definitely won’t go back again . I order a frozen coffee, the there were huge chunks of ice it tasted awful , our donuts were just thrown it the bag icing side down , and the iced mocha my boyfriend ordered was awful he took maybe two sips and pitched it. The girl who took our order was less than friendly… the Dunkin property itself is lacking it looks run down and not taken care of .
Girllll, these kids were on top of it! The service was happy and top notch! My donuts were delicious! That dirty soda was chef's kiss! Go get your sugar and sweet service!
I did a mobile pickup order and for once my drink was made exactly as I asked. I haven't been going to Dunkin, so it was a pleasant surprise to receive my order "perfect."
Always super slow. Waited in the drive through to pickup a mobile order for 20 minutes. By the time I got my drink, the ice was melted and the cold foam had disintegrated. If I hadn't already paid on the app, I would have given up on my food.
When ordering on the app, this location drops the ball , a lot . I had to even show Proff of my order , because they said I only ordered 1 item , which I did not . Everything was paid for . , and I had to show what I ordered through my DD account.
