Was charged incorrect amount then given the wrong item. Called manager who said I could get a refund AND replacement item when walked into store to get refund got questionable looks since I was not given a receipt and guess manager didn't relay the message since only refund was processed.
9 times out of 10 my order is messed up. It’s called toasted avocado toast on the menu. Once again it is not toasted. Is it my job to remind them to toast it? Same way with the bagel.
The only time that I do not like going to this location which is very said but Kaylee or how ever you spell Her name … she doesn’t wear a name tag like The other employees, as I went there today, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side. I specifically orderd my cream cheese on the side and I ordered it through the app She handed me a bagel with cream cheese On it, she handed it to me rudely and I got cream cheese all over my hands because of how messy the bagel was that she handed me.
