I visited the drive-thru around 4:44 AM and unfortunately had a very negative experience. When I ordered a café mocha, the employee taking my order seemed impatient and spoke to me in a rude tone. I asked a clarifying question about the drink options listed on the menu, selected one, and was abruptly told to “pull around.” At the window, a different employee assisted me. I was in the drive thru today at 4:45am behind a man in a construction black truck. I could hear him verbally harassing the women who was trying to assist him. I heard him yelling profanties at her. Then he drove off aggressively and proceeded to go into the store. When I saw his behavior escalating, I called the cops to protect the employees.

Three things that are a regular occurrence at this location - 1. The Staff are rude & unprofessional. 2. The unsweet tea almost always tastes like sewer water. 3. They must not clean well because rhe straw / napkins that are shoved in the bag (also why is this a thing? It's cross contamination) with the donuts always transfers fluff & debris onto the donuts rendering them inedible. This is the last time I will buy from this location. It happens too often to be a fluke. This is their standard & it is unacceptable.
