I know we no longer can speak the truth as people hate the truth but they should close this store as the owner and the staff he or she hires is a Big fall short to this City. They hire zero professional that speak like they come from a street corner and the second shift boy the health department should close them down like a year ago.. Awful. The staff are rude, they cannot handle when it is busy, and they treat each customer like they are an inconvenience. The point of Dunkin is to get drinks and food, and the staff make it seem like you’re awful for wanting it? And it’s even worse if they your order wrong (which they will). This is the worst establishment I have seen run. There were more people walking out disgusted than people who were waiting to be served. The employees were slow, and totally unorganized. If I was ever to go to another Dunkin' Donuts, it wouldn't be this one. Avoid this place unless you have 20 minutes to wait in line before they even take your order.
