Awful. The staff are rude, they cannot handle when it is busy, and they treat each customer like they are an inconvenience. The point of Dunkin is to get drinks and food, and the staff make it seem like you’re awful for wanting it? And it’s even worse if they your order wrong (which they will). This is the worst establishment I have seen run. There were more people walking out disgusted than people who were waiting to be served. The employees were slow, and totally unorganized. If I was ever to go to another Dunkin' Donuts, it wouldn't be this one. Avoid this place unless you have 20 minutes to wait in line before they even take your order.
