My go to spot... I prefer my caffinated beverages and the food is... well... dunks... plain Jane with just enough umph to Kickstart your day... now if only dunk had food quality like Panera and kept their coffee the same... that would be my preferred mix.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. One of the employees disrespected my husband for the third time. Today's incident was particularly disheartening. During our first encounter, he made a pot of coffee that tasted stale. When we requested a remake, the process took so long that we ultimately had to leave for work without our coffee. I know we no longer can speak the truth as people hate the truth but they should close this store as the owner and the staff he or she hires is a Big fall short to this City. They hire zero professional that speak like they come from a street corner and the second shift boy the health department should close them down like a year ago.. Awful. The staff are rude, they cannot handle when it is busy, and they treat each customer like they are an inconvenience. The point of Dunkin is to get drinks and food, and the staff make it seem like you’re awful for wanting it? And it’s even worse if they your order wrong (which they will).
