We go 3 times a week to meet friends for coffee
I usually love this branch but recently it’s been going downhill. First, I placed an order for hashbrowns with no bacon, as I am allergic to, but when the server called Kayla added bacon. It was a minor mistake and I told her that I cannot eat bacon, then she proceeded to take off the bacon from the food and throw it out. I am allergic. I stated that I cannot eat bacon or anything that touches it so she proceeded to make it and walked away saying “I’m not doing this today” under her breath. They literally smashed or hasbrowns into a ball in the bag. Burned our sandwiches. And shorted us donuts in our box and didn't even say anything when we picked it up, so overcharged us. Oh and gave us hot coffees instead of ice. Assume it was an angry employee
