I witnessed an extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable situation during my visit. A customer came in, and the manager loudly yelled across the room to another employee, saying something along the lines of, “Yeah, remember when his credit card payment declined — he owes us four dollars.” This was said publicly, within earshot of everyone, effectively shaming the customer over a past declined payment.
