I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and they remade it for me, but they used the same cup that the previous drink was in. I wasnt rude or anything either bc I worked for dunkin and ik how that exchange goes. I knew it was the same cup bc the flavor shots were sitting in the bottom of my drink when she handed it back to me. My drink is never that dark smh.
I want to start by saying I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts regularly. Some weeks I’m here 3 to 4 times. I usually don’t complain, and anytime they’re out of something, they’ve always been great about offering alternatives. But after today, it’s very unlikely I’ll be coming back, at least not during this shift. As I pulled into the drive thru, I watched the car in front of me order at the speaker box.
