I am extremely impressed with this Dunkin Donuts. I am impressed with the team, and customer service. 1.9.25 I had a strange charge on my account. I called the store. They apologize and said this was a known issue then asked me to stop by and they would issue a refund. The woman I spoke with on the phone was professional and diffused my anxiety. :) I went in and they issued the refund. However, when I was in store, the entire team was fantastic and engaged with me.
