Great breakfast sandwiches and of course, the donuts. Great variety for everyone!
Excellent service and pleasant atmosphere; however, the coffee is somewhat bitter, depending on the shift. ☕
I went in about an hour before closing and ordered a hot decaf coffee and some munchkins. I was told that they had no coffee. (What?!?! It’s a coffee and donut shop!). After asking for a refund of what I had paid at the ordering kiosk, I was offered a latte instead, which I turned down because I wanted a hot coffee When I mentioned I would take regular coffee if they didn’t have decaf, a server told me that they had decaf. I want to give a huge shoutout to the Dunkin’ Donuts located on Old Statesville and Catawba in Cornelius. Even though this location doesn’t have a drive-thru—which can be a little inconvenient—the service here truly makes the walk worth it. Every time I visit, the employees are full of joy, energy, and genuine smiles. From my experience, they consistently go above and beyond to make sure their customers leaves happy.
