First of all sandwiches are made sloppy, Second of all, a random customer went through my order and put the bag back I asked if I could get another sandwich made because he opened up my sandwich Instead, they went to the back acted like they made a new sandwich and gave me the same sandwich. I ended up throwing it away. And now today, I order online and as I go to pick it up, a DoorDash customer opened up my box of munchkins to see. Most Dunkin’s are doing what this one is which is sending people to park to the side to wait for their drive thru orders. All this is done due to timers in place and people are just lying to themselves pretending to complete food orders on time and they don’t. Dunkin’ Headquarters needs to work on this major issue. It’s abusive for customers and for staff trying to meet imaginary goal’s.
I use the mobile app Almost 100% of the time and let me tell you by the time I'm done with it and I walk in I'm greeted and they almost have my order in my hand within seconds
