My first time there I ordered the peppermint mocha latte signature coffee. I got the peppermint mocha coffee without the cream etc.. The employees should get people’s names so that person could know there coffee is ready..
The young girls that work here are rude and have zero customer service skills. What horrible people to wake up to and try to get a coffee from. I’ve given this place multiple shots. The first time I ever came here they charged me for a cup of ice simply because I wanted ice added to a drink that was served hot. I don’t know who the management is here but they really need to hire people that want to serve people, especially in such a desolate town I’m sure there are hundreds of nice people looking for a job.
