I am regular costumer here and for most of the time the food is great but I have to leave this bad review here since what happened was upsetting. Thurday April 7, 2026 I felt like eating at Dunkin’s and I ordered at 8:45pm before their closing time at 9pm. I ordered a protein banana latte and the cloud dunka latte, that came out great. I cannot give the customer service at this DD a lower rating. I waited in line 15 minutes to order a coffee and a hash brown. I received my drink at the window and waited for the food, at which time, without even looking at me said “have a nice day maam” and when I told her I ordered hash browns she told me it wasn’t on the order, which would have been no fault of my own, Which would’ve been no fault of my own, and should have been a simple fix.
