First time I tried going to drive thru the line was extremely long. This time it was short since it was very early. I was told to pull ahead and wait for my hash browns, but the car behind me kept beeping wanting me to move (no one was telling them to stop and that I was told to pull up and stop there). Then I get my meal and the hash browns were cool and gross (I ate half of one), the cheese on my bec croissant was cold. Hubby loves the jelly donuts
I am regular costumer here and for most of the time the food is great but I have to leave this bad review here since what happened was upsetting. Thurday April 7, 2026 I felt like eating at Dunkin’s and I ordered at 8:45pm before their closing time at 9pm. I ordered a protein banana latte and the cloud dunka latte, that came out great.
