Be prepared to spend at least 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through whether you put it in order on the app or not. Not sure if the issue is training or if they’re just severely understaffed but every time I go here, I regret it.
Love dunkin coffee. Just order ahead they are always busy when I go. So I order ahead then wait a bit to pick up.
1/28/25 7:34AM Pulled in to the drive thru, no lines, just me and still waited a little bit and when someone spoke thru the speaker you could tell she was giggling because she couldn’t talk well to ask me what I want to order and when I got my order it was wrong.The girl getting my order was NOT paying attention because she busy giggling and chatting with her coworker while working. It’s okay to have fun at work but do your job first correctly. I’m going back to Starbucks.
Great crew here. Especially the young man working on 9/21/25 in the afternoon. Fast and very nice.
