Every time I order here, my order is wrong. I ordered a hot coffee earlier in the week and received an iced coffee (with ice!) in a hot coffee cup! They didn’t correct the order! I also ordered 10 munchkins and only 8 were in the box. Missing items from my order or half filled cups are the norm here. This has happened on more than three different occasions. Never had a good experience here until today. I only go back so often because it’s my only local Dunkin. Arianna was so nice! And my coffee was made soo good today!
Let me tell ya something. Best customer service I've had at a DD. Jasmine is touch notch customer service
