Great coffee and donuts
So I rated this four stars, because usually Duncan is really good. We arrived on a Tuesday night before 9:30-the lobby is supposed to close at 10:00 p.m., but it was locked at 9:30 p.m. so we weren't able to get coffee or anything to eat.
I am disgusted with the level of customer service in the location they are understaffed, I was treated very poorly and staff behave as if they were doing me a favor NOT like a just spent my hard earned money making a purchase. I was so frustrated with the unwanted comments I just left without anything even after spending $11.00. I don’t recommend you go to places you are not treated with respect and kindness.
