I was extremely disappointed with the service during my visit around 6:00 PM on July 18. I had placed a simple Uber Eats pickup order for just two donuts and arrived about 15 minutes after placing it. The staff member seemed to have difficulty identifying which donuts were in my order. Instead of checking the order carefully, she threw away the printed receipt and moved on to preparing other orders while I was standing there waiting. Had an excellent experience with Mohammed (I think that was his name) this morning. Very pleasant and made my morning. Also had great patience with a mom and her autistic son. Great job! Thank you.
My favorite is ice matcha latte 😋
