Quite possibly the greatest Dunkin’ that I’ve ever been to in all my years. I know a guy that may potentially come here 5 days a week because he loves it so much

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Dunkin location. The service was already unacceptable, but what made it even worse was the response I received after I complained. Instead of apologizing, listening to my concerns, or trying to resolve the issue, I was basically told to go somewhere else: “If you are unhappy with this location please try a different Dunkin.” That is an incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional response to a paying customer. I can’t believe this type of customer service still exists. I work like close to this dunkin everyday they have wrong in making. Today my dunkalatte they forgot to add anything. All i see is full of milk and some shots. Usually dunkalattes are very sweet and I didnot get any taste in it. I went back there on my break the guy said why did i come 2 hrs late without saying sorry he started arguing. I work at a financial company i cant just go back and forth for a lil coffee.
