Will never go to this location again. Ordered a latte with almond milk at the drive through but I needed to change it not even 30 seconds later to oat milk and was told the drink was already made even though I was still actively ordering other food and drinks. They refused to make the latte with oat milk even though I had not finished ordering and told me that next time I needed to get my order right the first time. This dunkin is by far the best dunkin I’ve been to. Whenever Rayan makes my drink it’s perfect. I would make the 15 minute drive any day!
I have went to this store almost everyday these past two weeks the service and customer care is incredible welcoming. You walk inside and off back it's servers and cashiers greets you and help you decide if your clueless... Overall summary the prices are fair and reasonable, the customers service is ecstatically addictive, and to top it off the location is just right....
I had a really good experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Everything went smoothly and the service was super quick. Reham helped me out, and she was honestly great—very kind, helpful, and fast without making it feel rushed. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s always nice when someone treats you with genuine care, and she definitely did. I’ll for sure be coming back because of the great service. ☕
