The staff here are gross and have seriously poor attitudes. I ordered a few things on the app. My sandwich was incorrect. I asked for the correction and the staff was ridiculously rude. Then as I was standing there I observed a staff member use his gloved hand to unplug a stink that was stopped up with water. Then with the same glove he continued to make a sandwich. I asked for a refund me he said because I used the app that wasn’t possible. I’ve tried to call to speak with the manager serval times but I don’t get any answer... read more
zero personality from the staff. The energy level is “library at closing time”. Also, no public restroom — so don’t plan to stay long unless you’re a camel. Could be an awesome spot with just a little warmth and a restroom”
