If I could give the service zero stars, I would. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts within a 25 mile radius that consistently turns off mobile ordering due to low staffing. It has been like this for months now. Even if you do get an opportunity to order there, the staff is rude and dismissive. I went in once for pick up and waited an extra 15 minutes after already having ordered 15 minutes ahead. This was at 6:30 in the morning. This store is chronically understaffed but the latest woman there is RUDE and dismissive. I ordered through mobile app and when I arrived the whole place was dark. No coffee made. Nothing. Woman was unloading a dunkin truck. I asked if she would be making coffee and she said when it was open. It was supposed to open 45 min ago! There were multiple orders on the screen inside and she was the rudest person and was already rude the weeks leading up to this. This store lost a customer for good.
Extremely rude employees. Waited over 30 minutes for a muffin, had to leave without it. When trying to get their attention they will ignore you or snap at you. I know it’s stressful when it’s busy but that’s no reason to be mean to customers that have been patiently waiting. Avoid this location
