Placed an online order and came though the drive through on 06 dec 2025 between 5pm-5.30pm. Girl who was there had that attitude, Not even a simple hi. We immediately got our coffee and hot chocolate, but waited almost 12 min to get the sandwiches. Coffee was super cold. So I asked whether they can reheat it. But they said I ordered it early so they made it and it is cold. I said that is fine. First time in any Dunkin’ Donuts , took me 15 minutes to get my order on drive-through
If I could give a zero to this store I would and it’s all because of hope the manager she’s the reason why the store is going down hill FAST don’t go there go to Ballston spa
