Was picking up a delivery and the morning staff was so cool & hospitable. I asked how they make a chai latte and they made me a complimentary drink to my surprise.
Unfortunately, this DD has gone from an enjoyable stop with a friendly greeting to a stop accompanied with a dismissive greeting and a bored thank you.
I just left the drive thru not too long ago the time was 10:27 am. Whoever the woman in the drive thru who have her hair cover up in a scarf . Her attitude is very dis cost for. Also her Customer service was very terrible. She snatched my money out my hand and also handed me my food very Aggressive with a attitude.
