Very disappointing experience at Dunkin'. We ordered drinks and a half-dozen donuts, but there were no straws for the drinks, and they didn't have the donuts we ordered. What made it worse was that the employees either couldn't or didn't know how to refund us for the donuts they couldn't provide. They also seemed confused about what we had even ordered in the first place. The whole experience was disorganized and unprofessional. 10/10 service every time! My favorite Dunkin to come to. I travel 45 minutes just to get to this Dunkin because it’s always fresh and fast service! Always worth the travel!
My home away from home… I really love this establishment and everybody that works there. They truly make you feel special.
Bixby can you tell super clean store? Staff was very helpful and friendly and nice. However, it was after midnight.So I believe that's why the donuts were a little bit dry but that was the only complaint that I could possibly give.
This is the 3rd time I've received my Large Matcha Protein drink and it comes out like this. I like to be able to sit down and enjoy my drink, without it being gone in a split second. This isn't a large. I don't know why I have to pay for this when its not right. Its happened like this 3 times everytime I've ordered it thru DoorDash. Just bc they can't check to see if its right. This is very poor service
