Ordered a dunkin midnight...asked if it was fresh...it was not. The cup was warped so it dripped coffee on me as I drank. Went back and asked for new cup and remake the drink. Mgr told me I did not get it from there. Was in their parking lot as I spilled coffee on myself...no more than 2 minutes after I ordered. Morning crew always got attitudes and making smart remarks. Threw my sandwich together this morning, just sloppy. I guess they be mad I place my order as I’m on my way there getting off of work. The girl even slammed the window in my face, she could’ve said one moment. I never rush them simply let them know Im picking up an order. If you are not a morning person don’t work that shift simple. Very great customer service! I’m a regular and order online and my order is always on time. The regular staff is very fast and accurate. Under leadership of Michael business has improved and you can clearly see the change. Sometimes new people / old man has trouble keeping pace and can make wait longer. No washroom but still my go to dunkin.
Worst experience ever. They lock the doors hours before they close, forcing you to use drive thru well when you are in a very large commercial vehicle you cant. They didn't want my business apparently, finally some extremely nice woman in car ordered in drive thru and helped me get coffee but the guy goes no you can only have a small.....ummm excuse me I want an Xlarge coffee no you can only order a small, I asked why he said because I said so. A couple of things: - Please fix the door on the inside - it makes an obnoxiously loud screech every time someone enters or exits. It’s been like this for at least a year now. - The breakfast sandwiches taste like I washed them with Windex. They have a chemical taste that’s hard to ignore. - The baristas are lovely people, but I’ve seen their service and joy deteriorate over time. Why can’t I tip them? There’s no tip jar, and there’s no option in the app.
