I ordered a sausage wrap and asked for it to be toasted dark. I was told it couldn't be toasted dark because it was a wrap. I told the cashier it's an open wrap that can just stay in the toaster longer and that they do it all the time here. She said I'll just figure it out. When I received it it was not toasted dark which was not my biggest issue. My biggest concern was that I also ordered a medium drink and they charged me for a large. if your going to work at dunkin you need to know how to make a latte. the workers don’t know what they are doing and have awful service when you tell them something is wrong. learn how to make drinks before you complain about people saying it’s wrong.
Coffee was great but the donuts were a little dry.
Very kind and friendly, the staff working there this morning run a very quick and efficient drive through!
