Only one staff working during busy hours, took 20 minutes of waiting for a mobile order, it’s insane.
WORST DUNKIN EXPERIENCE EVER! I go to Dunkin every week. This was my first time going to this location. I ordered two $6 meal deals. On my reciept it says I got 2 $6 meal deals. But according to what I can only assume is the manager it said I only ordered one hash brown. Whether or not it says 2 hashbrowns or not it clearly says 2 $6 meal deals. NOT ONLY THAT. Stay away from this Dunkin
Wow! Refresh and new staff! The place looks bright and new. Food and service was great. Old: The staff is okay. It feels like corporate pushes out new products and doesn't train the staff. The drinks are inconsistent most of the time. It's a rarity that I will get the same drink that tastes the same more than once.
