Hate going to this location , but it’s an 1/8 th of a mile from our house and my wife wanted an iced coffee . I ordered iced coffee and a small hot black 1 sugar fo me , I asked if they could put an ice cube in to cool it down . Drive right up to window , paid , they handed me the coffee s . My small coffee had on the label 5 ice . So it was cold when they handed it to me . Pathetic staff who are young kids who don’t give a shit about customer satisfaction. If I could give this zero stars I would. ESPECIALLY for service. I just had a TERRIBLE experience with your “manager” at a Manchester CT location, extremely unprofessional extremely rude refused to help made tons of sarcastic comments spoke to me like dirt when all I wanted to know was if my Uber Eats order went through. Incorrect order. Employees showed no interest in making it right. Worse, they were obnoxious about it.
This placecis gross they have worms in the food and the ice caddy .
