I have had multiple negative experiences over the last month. First it seemed to have bothered them that I was there at all. Then I went to pay with cash and a young girl yells from across the store that if I was paying with cash and it wasn’t exact change then I wouldn’t receive any change back. At 730 this am I ordered a Strawberry arefresher. ​While drinking the beverage, I discovered multiple sharp, stringy plastic shards. I initially thought it was a lid fragment, but after transferring the drink to a different cup, I continued to find more shards. Worst Dunkin’ ever. We ordered hot chocolate and they gave us cold chocolate, and it wasn’t even properly mixed with sugar. When we told them, the staff member responded rudely. Very disappointing experience.
