Good wifi, terrible service. They never can keep employees and the employees will glare at you from the kitchen area and ignore you while you wait. Or there can be no cars in the drive thru and you will wait forever. Food and drinks are ALWAYS wrong. How hard is it to put white cheddar on a sandwich or wrap instead of American cheese?! At least hire competent people.
New Market Virginia has the WORST customer service I have seen in a long time. Rude girls and we left and plan to stop at the next dunkin further down on 81. Hoping for friendlier service.
We stopped thru the drive thru and ordered coffee and glazed donuts , donuts were stale and dried out and coffee was cold and bitter , we paid cash and asked for our money back and was told no , we. could order something else . Don’t stop here
