I am a frequent Dunkin’ customer and have had repeated, deeply troubling encounters with one employee, who says his name is “Moe” (though I doubt it). He is a Brownskin African American male, looks about 24-26, about 5’6”, with black twists and a patchy beard/mustache. About two months ago, I ordered a refresher with extra mango, but he failed to make it as requested. Stopped at this location while traveling, be ready for completely childish and ignorant customer service. They did get our order correct but it came with back talk and a flippant attitude. I've never witnessed service like this before at any Dunkin Donuts.
