Service here was poor. A lot of the staff seems to be in need of more training to put orders through more efficiently and offer better customer service. We ordered inside the restaurant and waited over 10 minutes while they seemed to prioritize the drive thru orders. When we finally got our snackin' bacon it was cold to the touch. We asked for it to be remade an employee insisted it was supposed to ne served at that temperature. Nonetheless, he eventually agreed to remake it. Probably one of the worst Dunkin's I have ever gone to. The morning "crew" (if that's really what you want to call it) CONSISTENTLY botches my order up. This isn't a one-time thing, I go here out of convenience of it being close to work. Avoid it, if you can.
I'm from out of town and every time I visited this place the line was out to the street. The service was usually slow but they were always busy so they must be doing something right
